| Good capture! Love the expression, the whole body has the same expression. Love the DOF you chose, and the grain - makes it look like a newspaper print in a way, yet better. ~9 |

| i'm not a big fan of B&W but you really did a good job with this one. The grain adds to the feel of the picture. The emotion of the ump is great and I love the veins popping out on his arms. |

| I know it was probably what you were going for, but I don't have any real appreciation for the grainy photos. It conveys a good sports emotion, and I probably would have given it a few extra points if it were not so grainy. 5 |
