| Nice to see a flower shot in B/W as those don´t normally go over to well but that also means that they have to be spectacular to work and sorry to say this is just average IMHO. Specifically what could be better is that it could be sharper, the contrast needs a little boost as it seems awfully flat and the backround isn´t interesting. Keep it up! |

| Great pic. Love B&W for texture, subject in focus, good composition. This contest is more than just "texture" you need an interesting pic as well. This is a good one. 9 |

| Tres bien!! The light and dark is nicely shot. Good use of negative space. Good DOF. A very nice black and white. I might bring up the brightness just a smidge. 8 |
