| The wood and color of the wood background take away from the shot. I think a closer shot would be more interesting. |

OK so why is this going to bomb?
Well for me there is nothing here which makes me want to stop and look at it for more than about half a second. Its such a literal representation of the challenge theme without any attempt to give it any zap or wow factor.
DPC is not just about meeting the challenge, its about doing it with some style, some attempt at art. Try some different lighting, try a few gimmicks, experiment, learn and enjoy. My guess is this tokk about 3 minutes to set up and shoot, which is why your voters will take a proportionate amount of time to dismiss it.

| Fits the challenge but is an easy take. A teenager hanging the plate on a car would have had more impact for me (I know you may not have a teenager handy) |

| very untinteresting subject, ie another point of view might have made it much more interesting. Might have cropped it much more. The lighting creates to sharp a shadow around the key. |
