| This is just my personal opinion, but I like 'texture' pics to have both an element of familiarity but at the same time also be a bit disorienting. I'd like to be able to say 'I know what that is' as well as 'I never knew it could look like this'. My main problem with this picture is that I'm just not sure what it's supposed to be a picture of. It looks to me that this could have been entirely computer-generated, although I'm guessing (mainly from the title) that it's a picture of a tire. But I think your technique is good. |
