This was a poor effort on my part. I had this idea for some time but never really got around to going to the location and getting the early morning shot I had envisioned. Found that I had taken this on my way back from a shot for the textures challenge and decided at the last minute to use it. Color cast is off, focus is soft (500 mm w/ monopod), and setting is just not that interesting. I need to stick with not submitting unless I get the shot I want.
In any case that you to all who voted and commented. It all helps.

| really interesting background. the composition is good, but the picture seems to be lacking something. maybe it looks a little tooo shut in with the wall of logs. i'm not getting tranquility much from the picture. |
