This is the animal equivalent of a character shot! It looks like he just woke up. I like the golden tone of his hair against the green grass in the background. |

Love the look on his face. And of course that he's a redhead!. I think the image is a little small and the crop a little tight. However, I think the focus is great, the colors are great, the DOV and POV great. Composition is a little static due to the tight crop. 7 - good luck in the challenge! |

This is a nice, crisp shot complete with decent depth of field. Pretty nice composition too, though I would have cropped just to the right of its head. This photo would do much, much better if you had used the full 640 pixel size allowed. Definitely a nice shot, but very few will give you a decent score due to size alone. I suggest you read up on sizing your photos for the competitions in the tutorials section, I think you'll do much better on the next challenge you submit to if you use the full 640 pixels. I'm giving you a 6, but you likely would have got an 8 or 9 if this were bigger. |

What a great capture and expression. You need to maximize your pixels as this will probably score lower than it deserves due to its size. Good Luck. |

This photo is smaller than it needs to be. In spite of that it is a well composed photograph, I love the soft colors and peaceful feeling I get from looking at it. Next time try to make it a little bigger and you will get a few more points. |

Great shot, just wish it was larger. |

Why so small? Makes it difficult to see, should be 640pixel wide |

Wish this was larger! Looks like you have great DOF and I love the expression, but the image's size doesn't allow for a closer examination. Still, a great shot! (I think this is the highest I've ever scored a really small image - 7) |

AWWW What a nice shot. I love his expression. It'd be a real contender if you had a larger image. Darn - I'd love to see it bigger. |

to small, if you have a 640 limit in either dimension, use it |
