taken at wrawby mill in north lincolnshire, england this is a flower I took from the grass around the base of the mill and held against the tiller.

I'm sure you're getting comments like, "but a flower isn't wood" or "Wood is supposed to be the main subject".. am I right?

Poor sheepish DPCers. :) Love the lighting here.. could have done without the burned vignetting.. to each their own.

I really like the rustic"ness" of this photo. The clover and its color complements the weathered wood nicely. Beautiful lighting and shadow. I'm just not sure I'm all that crazy about the border.

This is very pretty...I love clover. The light and color are so nice and subtle. The fluffy whitish border treatment is a little odd and really not necessary...this image is just as lovely without it.

that desaturated sort of vignetting doesn't help this shot.

Lovely antique feeling. I like this very much with the softened edges. The desat of most of the colors really works.

A little USM is needed, IMHO. I'm not a big fan of the vignette at the edges.
