 The snail's skin and shell shows plenty of texture. The blue planter also shows a rough texture.

A little overexposured.. snail skin macro could have been awesome but sadly this isn't quite that.

Hey! This is a fantastic photo.....it looks a tiny bit soft to me and the light is a shade harsh on the shell but fascinating. Excellent!

I don't like the blue. But hey if thats the worst i can come up with you did a great job. Everything else looks perfect. But feel the blue is to stron and pulls away from the great testure on the snail.

What a neat shot! It's a great macro - the snail is in great focus, the shell shows texture very well. I only have one complaint. The bar/pole/brown object in the background. My eye started at the shell and moved left, only to be distracted by the pole when it got there.
