| The light having a shallower angle to the rock would have made more of the texture here... |

| The image seemed kind of flat. Thought there is texture, I think the lack of shadow on the image didn't give it its full potential. |

| I am voting tough on this one because I photographed about 30 lichen and moss covered rocks and they didn't evoke texture with light and shadow qualities, they were more about color qualities. |

| I think this would have been a stronger entry if the shot was closer and mosr of a contrast between the lichen and the rock were shown. |
