 This photo was taken at about 11PM the night before the challenge. It was taken in my bedroom. I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the results, but I just have a bad feeling that people will hammer me on the signal noise, I had to shoot at ISO 400 in order to get a good exposure. Oh well....I'll try again latter with stronger lights when I can get them. I just plucked a bunch of leaves off a tree. I taped them on a wall and sprinkled water on them. Shot with narrow DOF to help hide the fakeness of the background, the rest is just carefull lighting.

good idea of a macro, but way too much image noise! it ruins a lot of the photo`s value..

nice composition. the focus is a bit soft and there is lots of objectionable noise. the noise seems to be the main source of texture

intentional maybe, but i dislike the grainy and out of focus appearance on this sort of subject. a green leaf and a droplet would be better presented in a clean sharp focus way.
