This is a very depressing picture for me. I almost want to say that i hate it because i am a huge maple leaf fan. but this picture was done very nicely and the color came out nice nice good work.

Great glass block shot. Harboring some ill feelings? They played their ass off though and came real close. Hopefully they can pick up a veteran forward or two during the offseason. My regrets. Oh yea, good idea for this pic too eh.

Great image, my pick of the week. 9 Morgan

Also a Leafs fan, oh the shame of it all...

Little Johnny was in his nursery class when the teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living.

All the typical answers came up - fireman, policeman, salesman, etc... Johnny was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher asked him about his father.

"My father's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and takes off all his clothes in front of other men.

The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some colouring, and took little Johnny aside to ask him, "Is that really true about your father?"

"No," said Johnny, "he plays for the Leafs but I was too embarrassed to say so."

Sorry about the Leafs, but "GO SENS!!!!"

Added later - I came back, because it's been bothering me that I left only a short message about the Sens, and not a very nice message at that, without mentioning that I really like your entry. It looks like a "drowning your sorrows" picture, but very nice. Two nitpicks: (1) the graininess of the blue, especially as it contrasts with the very pure blue border; (2) the glare to the bottom left. BTW, I think the border complements the picture quite nicely. I gave it an 8.

at least there's still the Sens and the 'Nucks. Fun shot, and timely topic. Looks really grainy (maybe intentional) and a bit oversaturated. Unique idea for sure.
I'm from Calgary, so I'll refrain from Leaf jokes since we missed the playoffs...again.

oh the poor leafs..... still the senators are through and the canucks are still alive so we can still cheer for a canadian team or two.... as to the pic....like the idea... I think you need to watch those reflections though and maybe a bit over contrasty.... not sure what those grainy bits are in the blues.... good luck

Admit it, they were washed up to begin with. I won't hold it against you though...The picture does seem a bit too grainy, maybe it's the glass.
