Bello Verde Bicchiere = Beautiful Green Glass
Photographed on a table I placed two drinking glasses on gold metalic poster board for a reflection. I used one 120 watt flood light shining on a white curtain behind the glasses, on the wall to soften the back light.

Well, I'm glad I have this image to critique because I liked it a lot.
I love the abstract nature of this shot. You focused on shapes, colors and reflections. I think this is all glass is about so it was definitely a good move. All those are emphasized by the close-up compostion you chose. Very well done.
The exposure is perfect, allowing to show all those great tones and variations of green. Not too much detail using this reduced DOF: this emphasizes the shapes, I like it.
Maybe less graininess would have been better: it doesn't relly fit the theme of glass. I don't know if it came from your processing. Anyway, This is pretty much all I can think of to improve this shot you perfectly executed.

Congratulations, and Good luck for your future entries.

Gorgeous green. Nice macro adds an abstract feel. Focus on the front edge of the glasses seems a tad soft maybe.

Lovely! Simple geometric curves and intersectiond with a wonderful use of reflections. Really shows the glass off beautifully.

Nice colorful curves, and good color. I feel it would be more effective if less centered and a little more exposure to reduce the grain. Not a bad job though. 5

Simple. Effective. I don't like the colour, personally, but I do like your execution.

the green in the border competes with the image, let the green glasses speak for themselves

A little imagination here, which is refreshing for this challenge, good colors, good focus and good composition. Did you use a macro?

Nice effect..... personally, I think the border detracts.... perhaps a simple black border would have worked better..... good luck, Todd.

i like the converging greens - did you cheat them with PS or is that natural? i like it either way.

green!!!!!! (cool shot too, i like the position of the glasses) though I think you could do without the green part of the border.. its a bit thick, the black alone would look nice.
