Way too contrasty. You have lost a lot of detail. Also, you might experiment with disabling the flash attached to your camera, and taking pictureswith available light.
I love the intent expression on the child's face!

a nice photo, but too much zone 1 and zone 9, not enough middle tones, that makes the photo looked overexposed and washed out

I find that the exposure in this photo doesn't work for me!

Seems overexposed. There isn't much detail around the boy's eye.

Could have been interesting, but it looks way too overexposed. Too much contrast in the black from white, and the lighting is flat. Try playing with your photo some more (I do this all the time), to bring out the tools and toys he's playing with. Good luck!
