I'd like to say that it was a pic of my actual throwing but no-one would believe me. I placed the dartboard on the ground, put the camera on delay and dropped the dart from a couple of feet. Getting the timing right was a pain, and when I got the timing right I invariably missed the trip-20. Eventually I picked the best of the shots that succeeded and ran with that.

I think this is a cool image however I wish there was a hint of the darts trail to the dartboard flowing behind it.

Looks to me more like a double exposure then a long exposure. However I like the way it makes the dart appear to be moving or in transition. The clarity of the other 2 darts isn't the greatest and the photo looks like it has been a little oversharpened (the metalic surfaces). Good luck in this challenge. <5>

Sometimes I love watching darts...purely for the ridiculous commentary! Nice take on the challenge, perhaps you could have gone with a slightly shallower DOF and a slightly more subject exclusive composition...there're a couple of little BG curves and elements that are a little distracting.

Overall a nice idea and a good take on the challenge, but I think you could have executed it a little better. Good luck, mate.
