Oh man. The dreaded "new camera, I didn't think to check the date problem."
Actually, this was a devious plot some evil person (was it Dan) to keep you from winning all the time. The camera can pick out the really great shots(well, with you, which one isn't) and imprint the wrong date on it. But the real spooky thing is, the exif data you look at will always be correct. It's only when you have to send the full unedited version to the sc that the exif converts to the wrong date. |

| '8' - Very nice shot. The sky looks great. Criticism; the jury is out on whether (for me, in my opinion) this would be a better shot without the person. Definitely though, for me, if the person were facing forward or to the camera, it would make it a better photograph in my opinion, though I know it may be the intent to have them looking 'out'. I favor most the green of the grass (which I would like to see more detail in somehow, perhaps a sharper angle?), and that great blue sky and the clouds. |

| Great color, contrast, and composition. And I like the postprocessing, that glow is very carefully applied. Just wish the horizon were straight and level. I'm thinking it's warped because of lens distortion, but maybe there reallywas slope to it. But either way, I would have straightened it. - 9 |

| This image seems over-processed to me. Not sure if it's a glow effect or how you achieved it, but I think it looks un-natural. It's too bad, because I think this image would be one of the better ones in this challenge if it looked more "real". |
