I just thought of the perfect use for those little wireless X10 video cameras...nice job! Also gives new meaning to the old cliche "They broke the mold when they made that one..." |

Greetings from Critique Club!
Dude, we need to discuss fridge cleaning and hygeine. ;) That said, nice sharp image, and I like the detail on the mold. I also like the yellow background, which helps emphasize the original color of the lemon. The image does provoke an emotional reaction- as evidenced by the other comments you have recieved. I think stronger lighting might have upped the color saturation a bit on the wall, making the image pop out a bit more. Nice idea! |

Ew! I like that some fell off - and I like the tiny bits of color you can see. The thing disgusts me though! |

Great concept, good lighting, great focus and DOF. It makes one confront the reality of an everyday object in a way we might not have, before. |

That's a good picture, but if that is real mold, you the the gross award!!! Good depth of field, and I like the simple background. |

So, how long did it take this lemon to do this? Where you planning it or was it an accident? I think I know.) |

You should clean out your fridge more often. Interesting. I would have like to have seen this with out the finger print, or the flaking off stuff. |

Very interesting, gross, and engaging. Lighting is nice, but the shadow on left is a tad distracting. I like the background a lot. |

Good use of green and DOF. The yellow background works for me but I don̢۪t like the counter (or whatever it is) that the lemon is sitting on. Unfortunately there isn̢۪t a lot to hold my attention here. I gave it a 5.

Yuck. Good job with this image though. There is nice composition and value in this image, as well as the texture provided by the mold on the lemon. Good job. |

This Is a Great shot! I like the focus (DOF), love the title. It's just a perfect combination of a delightful execution and a disgusting subject. Best pic on the challenge yet, a 10. (ribbon coming) |
