 Taken at St Kilda Beach, Victoria in low levels of light, hence the reasonably long exposure.

A tripod was used, however the branches were slowly blowing in the wind, causing an unfortunate blurring effect.

I like the darkness, the overall backlit style of the shot. It might have a more interesting look if the tree were off center, maybe to the left, so more of the city lights could shot up. The colors are really great, and it gives me a good sense of place just looking at it.

Like the colors. I wonder if the composition might be improved if the tree weren't centered. Also, more detail might have helped it for me. It's pretty dark.
