Oohhh. I was liking the smoke heart before I even noticed the cancer stick, which lends a somewhat morbid twist to the shot. Facinating... 7

it s hard to vote - if it's real, it's magnificent, while painted and printed smoke would be too close to "literal representration". However, that is SC's job and I have to resort to overall artistic impression - which is fine

While I like the effect, I question the choice of using a heart in this illusion. Anyway, I'm anxious to see how this was done, although, I will be dissappointed if this is a result of a lot of PhotoShop. 7
