A very interesting angle. Don't know if it qualifies as an illusion though. Photographically your focus is a touch soft. Were you zoomed all the way out? Lenses tend to be soft at both ends of the zoom. Also since this was a member challenge, I woulda cloned out that darp spot on the wing by the leading edge towards the body...

Not much of an illusion to me, just looks like a toy plane held up to a sky...5 |

The focus on the plane is a little soft but have created a good illusion, bumping up. |

The things some people will do for a picture!! How did you get them to let you out there!?!? Neat shot! |

I bet it was chilly standing on the wing to take this one.
Great illusion.
I would have cloned out the wheel as these would only be down when the plane is either landing or taking off, and that would be below the clouds... |

looks kind of fake...what I mean is, it doesn't look like it's really flying because of the angle of attack: if it weren't pointing up as high, that would look more realistic.. |

Isn't it amazing what we can do with model planes? I would have cloned out the wheels though :) IMHO |

So, is this seat better than coach class, or worse? :D |

Not sure what the illusion is here, but it's a cool shot. |

I really like cheap tricks well executed like this one. The composition is good but there is some lack of sharpness. |

First Impression: Very nice ! Feels nice!
Was I fooled? Close! The dof on the wing, and that nosewheel damaged it. Still very nice and completely in the spirit of the challenge! |

Picture nicely done, except I would have liked to see more of the plane in better focus. Also, the plane seems to have a yellow cast to it that, if removed, I think it would make the picture more crisp. Also, in advanced editing, that spot on the wing could be removed. The sky background is pretty and the angle of the plane in the picture is good. 6 |

Man! That must have been cold. It can get to -70F outside at 35,000 ft. |
