It looks like you took this shot through a dirty window. I can not find anything really appealing about it besides the way the three branches cut the frame into quarters...

This is an interesting image of snow. compositionally I like the branch a trunk positions. I am confused as to how this is an illusion unless you have created the snow effect yourself.

If that is the case well done, a great effect,

Yes, it does look like it is snowing. Made the picture not really all that visually attractive. However, good attempt at the challenge.

Nice one! I think for this to work perfectly, some of the 'flakes' should have been in focus, and some fallen snow on the branches.
but that's just me.

I assume that this is raindrops and that the reflections look like snow (and that is the illusion)? It's a neat shot, but it doesn't quite have the punch that I think it could have because it's tough for me to determine what the illusion is. Sorry if I'm just not getting it.

Not sure where this is an illusion unless it's because it is summer, atleast on the northern-hemisphere.
