I am not one for major trickery. So I thought of creating a striking image that holds the viewer just long enough to "discover" the intent.

This was one of the best entries; no major trickery, I agree, but what a powerful image.

one of the best images in the challenge for me, sorry I didn't have time to comment during the challenge, but I think this is excellent.

I really like the originality of this photo and the fact that the walkers are on the right side and their images on the left (I assume it's opposite of the way most people would have shot it or fliped it)!
The crop does seem just a tad too tight...but I think the tilted earth reference point works very well here as does the contrast...Well done!

This is probably the best reflection shot that I've seen in this challenge so far. I like the tonality! The people seem to be in an odd position. Were they jogging?

Wasn't sure at first, but decided that I do like the unusual tilt angle. Adds a good contrast between the two "worlds". B&W was a must, nice and sharp...great shot overall! 9

Very nice reflection. Not sure I like the angle, but it definitely shows what you are entending to show. I do like the desated tones, really adds to the other worldly feel.

This is a good shot, well processed and composed. I am now sure if the rotation really adds to the impact. -7

I like this picture. The lighting and reflection are nice. I don't like the angle though. Would be much better in portrait orientation.

Very Cool shot! The bottom right figures feel a bit uncomfortably close to the frame, but that's a nitpick. Good one!

I like the composition of this image a lot..the way you flipped it and used it in an unusual direction; dividing the image works! Monotone works very well.

Creative rotation and sepia tone. You have taken an everyday image and made it interesting.

Great angle! Like the brightness/contrast, but maybe a bit heavy on the burning in the upper right corner...the burning everywhere else is fine...but right when i look at the image i notice the photoshopped burning in the upper right. This takes me away from the meaning of your image a little bit.
