I like the concept, but you have too much negative space that detracts from the illusion. It's also cropped quite tight which doesn't help any either...

a good idea but the picture is a little out of focus and the action seems to far away to see what is happening properly.Maybe if the jug was higher in the frame it would be easier to see.

Interesting concept and setup. At first glance I thought those were feathers or fern-like things falling offm not water. However, I do like the background color against the frame color and having the water the same dark blue.

A nice try, shame you didn't get the angle a bit sharper, and too much empty wall, but well done.

I think this is neat except for the line under the pitcher. It ruins the effect a little. You made me look twice though!!

Good, but the illusion itself is drowned out by the background. I realise the picture needs to be there to provide a point of reference but different light ing could have made the water really stand out.

You should have used something opaque. We see what the level is from the water in your transparent bottle

something wrong with the composition here...

Nice trick to show the illusion. I think you needed to get a bit closer to the subject.

The idea is exellent, but I think the 640 DPI does not do this justice as you struggle to realise that its water flowing on the right hand side.
That being said its still a great illusion

looks like this took some planning to accomplish, beter focus may have improved your effort

This is neat, but the color of the wall is very distracting. I think this would have been better had you done it closer to the actual subject, and perhaps made the whole setup a little bit smaller and more close, with a solid black or white background

nice idea but seems a little soft. Also, I don't think the large amount of negative space does anything for the image.

i missed the illusion the first time because there picture frame is what my eyes are drawn to. I would have liked a closer focus on the jug and the water because it is a very cool trick.

Executed the illusion nicely, however in this picture, I can't really see it well enough. The orange background is kind of distracting and doesn't help it visually either.

I've always like illusions such as this, you've managed to figure out and set up the trick but the lighting is rather lacking and some more contrast is needed to emphazise the waterflow..

Reminds me of the mystery house tricks. Great appeal.

Very cool idea, but I think a closer view would have helped. I like the colors and the composition.

First Impression: Nice colours.
Was I fooleded? Hehe Nice one! Good.
The last runoff could be more clear, and the aquaduct could take more of the image.

I think the picture on the wall is a HUGE distraction from the illusion. It is too prominent and grabs the eye away from the actual subject. Good illusion, though. I'm assuming this is sideways?

Nicely done... love the simple background with the photo to anchor the illusion. I think something else to channel the water might have been nicer but nicely done nonetheless!
