1783. Hmm, wrong clothing, the BG looks wrong.
photographicaslly - the BG is too bright - it draws my eye from the focal point you want - the person in the foreground. fill flash is needed to balance this and get my eye to go where it needs to go. DOF is good |

| I don't really get why this is 1783 but the image itself is very captivating. the highlights on the red thing in the center is distracting but other than that you have quite a photo. 7 |

| i dont get this photo. those boys look like they are painting/plastering a wall. the background looks like a circus or carnival of sorts. cant really see the relation with 1783 or with time. in regard to photo interest, doesnt really hold up much and the faces on the boys could have been brighter with more light. thanks |

| Great subject but I might have manipulated the background so it would not conflict with the title so much. |

| not sure what they are doing, but looks like something that could have been done hundreds of years ago, except without t-shirts on |
