Very cute shot, the framing and black background are great. I'd really prefer to have it in color tho =P

lots of black! works quite well. Shame the hand is out of focus, a bit distracting. Could maybe be a bit closer/ less black ?
06/09/2002 02:06:00 PM
Kermit! :) I like how he's off center and just has his goofy sort of look up at the viewer - and the blackness behind really helps this photograph a lot, in my opinion.
06/08/2002 12:51:00 AM
Great use of black space! The title makes the picture, without the title it would be a very odd shot.
06/06/2002 11:44:00 PM
funny : ). well, at least kermie can take a break from that for the duration of this photo. hmm, to make this better, i think i'd do something more striking with the lighting. sidelighting, maybe some light on his bod. dunno
06/06/2002 04:27:00 PM
Kermy!!!!!

I love it :)

I just love this picture: 9 :) -Annida

lolololol poor kermie
06/06/2002 06:53:00 AM
Really not easy being green in B/W. I'd like the eyes whiter, but just a little. Nice work.
06/06/2002 12:46:00 AM
Your lighting is quite effective. Good choice of model, too :)
06/05/2002 09:54:00 AM
The use of black here is a great idea. Kermit seems slightly oof to me. The composition really catches my eye. So even with the slight focus issue, I have rated this photograph a 7.
06/05/2002 04:40:00 AM
If you print it, it's a full cartridge of Black! Nice idea though.
06/04/2002 10:54:00 PM
I like the way you set this up. Seems like Kermit is all alone, being green. We're so used to his
"original" color, that it is so interesting to see him in a different shade!
06/04/2002 10:51:00 PM
it's kermie!
06/04/2002 05:22:00 PM
I like where you have Kermit placed, and I really like this picture. I think it would have looked good in color as well.
06/04/2002 04:39:00 PM
A little dark, but overall I really like the composition and feel of the shot
06/04/2002 04:32:00 PM
See, you have to give it a high score just because it's Kermit
06/04/2002 03:06:00 PM
For me, Kermit is just a little bit too dark. This might be a monitor problem, I can't say. From what I'm seeing, I would have tried to lighten up the midtones and highlights a little bit. Otherwise, this is great -- I like the composition and look a lot.
06/04/2002 11:41:00 AM
Especially in B/W.
06/04/2002 10:34:00 AM
But you're NOT Kermit, You're GRAY in this pic.
06/04/2002 08:27:00 AM
Funny, simple, well done.
06/04/2002 03:01:00 AM
fun
06/03/2002 07:04:00 PM
sup kermie.
06/03/2002 05:38:00 PM
Neat b&w. Good job.
06/03/2002 01:01:00 PM
I like the idea of dead space, but perhaps this is a bit too much.
06/03/2002 12:42:00 PM
Or "The Dark Side of Kermit".
06/03/2002 09:06:00 AM
excellent composition....
06/03/2002 06:46:00 AM
hahaha interesting idea
06/03/2002 05:43:00 AM
Yes, it's certainly hard being green when you are grey!! Great photo.
06/03/2002 05:33:00 AM
I like this, The use of so much darkness really works well. What a great subject(No kids, cats, dogs), just Kermit, would make a great poster. Good job.Every week I look for 1 photo that I can give a 10. You may have comments about not enough white, but hey , I love it. You get my 10.
06/03/2002 05:12:00 AM
Best picture ever of Kermie. Jim would have been proud!! Nice.
06/03/2002 12:46:00 AM
