| Thanks for your info on this one - it was a bit a trial and error with this one, it was done looking through the bedroom window which was tilted open - as you say we are all here to learn and I still have quite a bit to learn. |

| I just saw a photo in Popular Photography magazine(last year issue) that was similar to yours. It won one of their contests. What made it interesing was that it each drop had the reflection of a piece of a yellow taxi in it and the background looked like a blur of the taxi's window. It was titled Taxi drop-off. It reminded me of your photo so much I had to come back and double check to see if they were the same. I am telling you about this for future reference, because you are obviously on the right track if a photo so similar to yours won a contest in a very popular photographic magazine. Just keep trying, we're all here to learn something new. |

| Quite frankly, although the middle portion have good focus, the rest look too fuzzy I think and the subject lack a bit of interest. At least, seeing what's beyond that window may have added interesting element. |

| There's an imression like something out of space to this - like an asteroid belt in a movie, or something - that odd swirl of droplets, almost like there are two panes of glass, one behind the other - and of course one can see in the reflections that this is simply the real world. Not an uncommon idea for a shot, but pretty well done this time. |

| Good idea, but I think it lost something in the translation. Just doesn't have as much appeal as I think it should. Still, you met the challenge and it's not a bad shot. 5 |

| Different perspective, it needs more color or something in the out of focus window to make it more interesting. |
