 Taken during a downpour at bridge crossing. Challenge was not to drown in the process. Minor PS work and added underwater filter to image and cloned out small post that interfered with image.

Nice action, but I think to make this shot really good it needs someone, or something getting splashed.

Good, but may I suggest a zoom on the car and the waves would have made this an altogether better shot

spectacular! the timeframe could be shorter though, this makes the car unsharp and the water 'funny'
