Cute, but the face could use some sharpening, imo. |

poignant. not a word I often use but it fits for this image. colors, dof, composition and POV well done. Some might argue they want feet but I don't think its necessary in this shot. 9 |

This shot looks sad. Nice shot though. Composition is good and it is clean. |

I didn't see the rain till I moved right up on the picture. Maybe a little longer shutter and got it to steak a bit. I have found that a darker back ground shows rain more, just some thoughts. |

nice composition, but would be nice to see the feet & some of the ground under them. Maybe a pan down. |

Nice capture...excellent lighting. Gloomy days make gloomy children. |

does she have only one boot tucked in? it makes her right leg look like a peg! good capture anyway. |

Perfect exposure, excellent detail - it's remarkable how the quality of a camera and lens shows through the re-sizing process really. Two things really make it: the sleeves hanging below the hands, and the one trouser-leg not tucked into the boot - perhaps a shame that you haven't got the full figure in frame, to emphasise that last point. |

Would be nice if the rain was in a little better focus, but very nice. |

Focus on the face seems a little bit soft and composition leaves a bit to be desired. A great moment yes, but the angle and composition could be improved. Those legs are awkwardly cut off, they could have been used as an excellent part of the photo with the one pant leg tucked in and the other out... neat idea, though! 6 |

very nice detailing on the coat, but to my eyes, there's a softness to the face. 6 |

Love the expression. Great yellow against the green grass. Nice placement of the figure. |
