| the selective sharpening works well, but the point of interest is so strongly placed to the right that the rest of the image winds up looking dead. putting your subject farther from the edge of the frame would have helped the composition. that aside, I like this picture. I still remember when splashing through the gutters was just loads of fun :) |

| Such a cute happy time. The fence is a tad distracting but I love the red slicker and the blue shovel. You could maybe eliminate some of the fence and it would still be as effective. Nicely done. |

Siimply precious. I like the bold red of the water suit and the intense look at the splash. Betcha she (I'm assuming she because of the pink shoes) was loving this.
There's something strange about the focus though. The kid is very sharp, but the sidewalk and fence are out just enough to mess with your eyes, but not out enough to be truly "blurry." Maybe just me. |

| Very compelling and attractive image. Perhaps a little too overprocessed. The childs colors are off. Maybe the focus wasn't really sharp when you took the picture, and you tried to compensate in editing. Still, given composition and attractiveness, it is a very nice photo. |

| I love the kid, the colors, and outfit, and of course the puddle. the only thing I find really distracting is the lack of any focus on the left side of the image. It seems almost unnatural like you added it is PS. |
