I'd give it a border, and maybe crop just a bit off from the bottom, where it starts to get a bit dark. Just MHO... As it stands, a great shot!

The B&W is really a nice way to show off the suns rays through the clouds. Good tonal range

Needs more contrast. Picture looks a little dirty. Try shooting with a smaller file or pixel.

It's a nice picture. It realy is. I like the sun breaking tru the clouds.
But.... I see no rain, and that's a pitty, wanted to score this higher.
