I am shocked that this wasn't better received. It really communicates the passionate nature of the player and the sultry sound of the instrument.

I thought this would be top 3. The expression, clean clear colors and focus, the lighting....I just think it all works together very well. Still not a bad finish, though. Congratulations on a very nice photo.

The crop on the top is a bit too tight - but other than that, an awesome photograph. nice capture of emotion.

Wow! I LOVE THIS!!!!!! I love the intensity of his face as he gets into his music. I love the outside bright compsition, and I love how you've cropped it. Maybe just a tiny bit of grain, but it's such an cxcellent job anyway!!!!

Thers a great deal of emotion in this image. nicely done. The depth of field is great. Do you have a shot of just his head and the mouth piece I would like to that with the same expression. truly powerful.

I like this shot... especially, the intense face. The white on the shirt draws to much attention for me, putting that aside... Congratulations, on a good photo!

Nice exposure, great facial expression, but I feel that the framing could use some improvment (either wider with his full head and the sax, or closer just on the face and upper torso).

Very strange crop, eyes are way to near the edge of the frame and if you're going to include the bell, include all of it! Sun is too harsh for an effective shot. Nice expression though.

Great expression...but you lost the top of the head and the bottom of the sax?

This would have been a strong 7 had those elements remained

I love saxophone music. Maybe a tad harsh due to the sunlight, but I like the feel of the photo nonetheless. Maybe tone down the bright??
