Pulled off the side of the Interstate to get this shot.

Added a dodge layer and burn layer masking everything but the foreground and sky, then fade to about 30%. The barn really looks like that.

Curves, resize, usm.

Another great subject. Maybe try B&W or Sepia, I don't like white skies in color shots. Also, the image looks very soft. I like the composition, but maybe move a little to the left or right to either hide or seperate the shed on the left.

I like this alot. I might straighten out the building a touch, but no other critique here. Really well done.

Nice shot - the sky is a distraction though.

I love old barn shots. This one works really well as far as composition/framing, color and character. The one thing that I wish had been different is the grass - to me, the appeal of old barns is usually the feeling that they were abandoned, and wondering what the barn's history is. The freshly cut grass in this shot seems to hurt that overall mood a bit. But, of course, I realize that you couldn't help that. :) Very nice shot!

Nice idea, but I don't like the blown out sky.
