 My friends told me they wanted to practice outside for once and I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to take a stab at this challenge. So we went to the park and they did their thing.

I used desat/black and white, adjusted contrast and curves.

To me it never looks right to have a model on a third line facing out of the frame. It makes me feel that I'm missing something. Kinda like you're cheating me outa half the view...

Love the expressions on their faces. You've included a lot of background space which fits in with your title, but I wonder if you'd have got more impact by zooming in on their faces & guitars. It might have made for a more powerful photo... just a thought.

Like the work you've done on the colors after. Nice touch.

I,m not sure if the color seems right. I do know that it sets a mood and I have been looking at it for quite a while now. It has a drawing effect. I like it. Great effort.

color hue seems off

Texture of the grass looks oversharpened. Burnt out sky is not effective. I don't get much of a sense of hearing the music they're playing, especially as the bass player isn't doing anything. Composition doesn't work for me. Strange muted colours. They just seem very very bored.
