 This is Jay Kay from the UK band Jamiroquai, taken at the Shepherds Bush Pavilion in London, England on Thursday 11 August 2005.

This is my first submission to DPChallenge. Anywhere outside of the bottom three will be a victory for me!

Hmmm.. thought this would have done better myself.. perhaps our Jay Kay has not made it BIG in the USA yet... this is a great photo considering the subject, not so easy to get a close up shot as it would be at a local village fete event! ;-)

think you should have got a bit more of the arm in this shot. otherwise great composition. Sory you don't get extra points even though I love jamiroquai. 9

I'm not sure but usually it is Jamiroquai who wears such hats.

Hmmm...interesting get-up. I really like the lighting in this picture. Very professinal looking. Would look good in B&W as well.

Gamma seems a bit high. I would have tried to get him at a better angle so his eyes were clearer. Certainly interesting attire.

Good composition, something seems overly lightened in the photo. I think this would benefit from a higher contrast setting
