In my opinion there is too much entirely dark space in this pic. As there are no details in the crowd I would have cropped it away and concentrated in one of the musicians.

Photos with audience usually look like a snapshot unless they have their hands in the air or there's amazing lighting on them. At least this one's reasonably sharp though, very steady hands. Doesn't look like an exceptionally exciting moment on stage at the moment you took the shot.
