 Well, as usual, this was fun. I took lots of pictures and learned a little about posing. Mostly about working on ways to hide flaws, and lord, this over 50 body has bunches. Can't wait to see everyones outtakes. Sure to be lots.
PP. I have a scar running up my side so that was the first thing I worked on. Then I took out a lot of moles. Converted to b/w using vp. Used a red filter and blurred a little. Burned the drape in the background. I don't feel any of the pp makes it any less of a picture.
I never know how any of my pictures will do. I do hope some people like it. One problem I notice is it is somewhat hard to tell what it is at first. I think I did a good job with the lighting and on the final pose I settled on.

Your homage to the old masters is admirable. I bet that took a lot of very careful posing and light adjusting! It may be my monitor, but the highlight on her thigh seems to have a warmer tone than any other part of the image (which would mean this isn't a duotone). Also, the transition into shadow seems a little too rapid, maybe the result of over-adjustment of curves? But I realize just how hard this is, you should be proud of what you have accomplished. 8

Really cool. As if something (someone) is being molded out of clay. Had to look twice to realize the "neck and shoulders" are actually the left leg and buttocks. Great shot.

Lovely lighting, and I love the choice of black and white. I think the pose is what causes me to not enjoy this so much. I can't put my finger on what could improve it, but I think it's something as simple as what angle he pose makes on the image. Something slightly different might have been better. Good luck.

This is a classic pose and I think it was done wonderfully. Nice curves, nice focus, nice dof. I especially like the lighting and interplay of shadow and light. Very very well done!

very good composition of the body, reminescent of a painting. Lighting is quite appealing and reflects the skin and imperfections, giving this picture lots of 'romance'. The black void gives good tastes as well and makes this picture a classic. The frame also works very well, except on the left side, over the model's body, where there is a feel of overlaping. 8

this took me a while to 'untangle'. my eyes went immediately to the hip, and then wanted to leave the image. it might be that it's just a bit too much contrast.

Interesting... a little "twisted" ...I dunno, it just doesn't seem like a flattering composition for what looks to be a very attractive body. The lighting is about right though. Good luck.

I like the shadows created by this lighting setup, though the pose looks a little uncomfortable. Good use of the strong diagonal and good tonal range.

It took me aa while to see exactly what was going on in this photo. But now that I look longer, I really like it. I love the duochrome, I think it should do well.
