Small feet were considered attractive in 19th century China. Women's feet were bound in tight bandages from birth to keep them small - This shoe is about 6 inches long

That's horrible (the bound foot part) Maybe you could have put a BRAND NEW shoe next to the old Chinese one instead of having them both look old, dirty, and worn. Because having them both look the same isn't helping your idea. Otherwise it's a nice concept.

Interesting in an informative way but less so artistically. Perhaps avoid the horizontal centre line with the right hand shoe

wow....thats a trulyy amazing shot. prettu unbelievable. the photo itself isnt that great but whats featured in it is. the words on pink shoe are very distracting though. i noticed those before the chinese shoe.
