| Now this had possibilities but sort of doesn't quite make it due to a couple of small but important things. 1) The whites of the foreground shoe are blown 2) the background detracts from the shot due to it being unessesary clutter - 4 |

| Not close enough to get an abstract type textural picture, and too close to take advantage of evoking the era that the shoes portray, ie: 1940's Casablanca type shot. |

| Nice idea. I do find the bright glare off the white and then the deep shadow distracting, though. |
