It's another grundgy picture in an overlay. I then used the eraser brush at low opacities so I could have more control where the grunge was instead of just putting the layer at a low transparency.

Love the grunge effect, how did you do it? Photo-wise I think the girl is a little too close to the edge of the frame but really it doesn't matter too much :)

Only you could make an image of dryers and a girl look interesting!!! Cool idea with the linear quality broken up by the circular openings.
