*Greetings from the Critique Club*
I've already commented on this image, but I'll try to illucidate further...
First of all, I scored this image an 8 in the challenge. Secondly, I'd like to say that I believe it met the D&L challenge both well and in a unique way. I also think that the title you chose actually hurt your score.
The "Dark & Lovely" monicker suggests an intimate familiarity with the model (IMHO); I could go into an extensive diatribe about the title, but will acquiesce to the most hospitable use of the words...
IMHO, the model is both "dark and lovely" - and aptly named. I think the photograph has a lot of merit on a number of levels.
Composition - excellent. Great crop, as it leads the viewer into the shot well.
Focus - very good - nice and sharp. Good DOF too.
Color - great tonal range. Vivid without becoming unnatural.
She reminds me of Eartha Kitt (I think it's the eyes). Very good capture. Nice work!
EDIT: For my own stupidity...

Very interesting and colorful shot. It really holds your interest, because you can't quite make out her expression or tell what she's thinking. Great focus and crop. |

definitely a lovely woman, but I'd like to see more of her face. |

Very nice shot! A little less drastic angle on her may have helped as the facial features seem to fade out of the DOF. Still, a high scorer. Good luck! |

colorful. wish she was turned a bit more towards the camera so you could see more features of the face. |

I really like the boquet and the subject is great, but I would like to see a better angle on the subject showing more of the face. |

Had the woman's face been turned slightly more toward the camera I would have scored this a 10. Beautiful color and great crispness 8 |

Great capture for this theme. My only negative is the arm infront of the chin is distracting. BOL 7 |

She is pretty, Nice sharp image and the lighting on her skin is perfect. Just wish I could see more of her face, or at least an eye. Just my preference. |
