Well you've got your D and your L, but the subject is weak and doesn't tell me a story, convey an emotional payload or hold my interest.

For me, a little more contrast or brighter highlights would have given your photo that extra winning "punch".

There have been a few of these in this challenge. None have caught the rough-but-delicate attitude I think of with denim & lace. This is well composed, but doesn't quite capture the mood I would've expected.

Holdover from the nude challenge? LOL Just kidding.

I like the black and white filtering you used. The hands in the pockets seem a tad unnatural although it creates some nice shadows on the hands. Maybe one hand could be unzipping with the lace just peeking out?
