I like the idea here, but maybe a little bit more shallow DOF would have better served this composition. |

| With the varied colors and all that's going on this shot, it's a bit busy for me. I do like the angle and the focus. I think maybe if you put it in black and white, then the color would no longer distract and you could concentrate on all of the other interesting elements of this shot. I think I'd crop out the chrome upon which the shoe is resting. I don't think you need it to ground the foot. 7 |

| The composition has good potential, but would make a little more sense if the camera was a little higher. It kind of gives the impression of the viewer having just been run over by the biker in the shot as it is now. Seeing the sole of someones shoe gives the psychological image of being trampled underfoot, you get me? And maybe the depth of field could have pulled the viewers focus down to the boot rather than the petrol tank in the centre. Look at the writing on the boot and tank to see what I mean. And a tiny point lastly, but would a battered 10 year old scruffy pair of boots fitted the title a bit more? |

| man i hate those shoes that is ugly as sin. as much as i want to vote like 1 for such a waste of money shoes the image is pretty strong to me, sooo 7. |
