| Not enough high contrast in the subject itself. Most contrast is between the background on the left and the right. |

| i don't think that a blown-out background amounts to a high-contrast shot... Nice portrait, though. |

| Nice understanding of high contrast. The face is very well done but I dislike the indeterminate nature of the white side. |
