I really like this photo. You should of get more then 5.1

The burned corner should be cropped, and if the theme is suppossed to be the chewmarks from the beaver then the focus should be on the far branch cut.

The lighting and tones work together but the image as a whole seems out of focus or neat imaged. For me the effect overwhelms the image. 6

Interesting. I've never seen anything that beavers have chewed on before. Could you have shot it just to include the two branches the beavers gnawed? The large trunk (?) at the bottom has good texture and color, but it overwhelms the picture.
