Is that a rock in the in the lower left corner? Sorry, it bothers me that I don't know what it is.

The maximum size for a photograph is 640px on one side; your long side is 480px. If this shot were submitted at full accepted size, I probably would have seen the goose sooner, and it would be much easier to give a fair score. At this size, however, it is hard to really evaluate.

I like that you went b&w with this. I don't think it would have been as dramatic in color.

The pictures good. But it's kind of hard to make out what it is.

The goose was hard to find. Maybe this would have been better in color.

a bit too dark, hard to "see" the canadian goose unless you spend > 4s looking for it (which kind of defeats the purpose of the pic). 5/10

Very cool imagery. The ripples in the water make it seem like the shot is OOF. I bit of a distraction. You did a great job and this is a nice shot.

That's very pretty. I love how the black and white works so well with the goose. A border would have been neat too though.

Hard to make out the goose when this is in B&W.

The bird is a ltlle lost in the shadow and reflections.

The duck has just enough 'camoflague' with the shadows so as not to dominate the subject of the image I think. The branch could be more dominant though so as to really seem to be covering the duck, Nice lines in the branches and textures in the water although it took a while for me to notice the rain, which could be more obvious.
