**Greetings from the Critique Club!**
Now this has everything ... including the Cuteness factor! The colors and contrast are great, and I love the composition. As you noted in your own notes, you know that her face is not well lit. It's awesome that you love it anyway, and so would I. It is a clear, sharp photo, that meets the challenge and beyond.
Overall, this photo is pleasing in every way. The only thing I would correct (the shadows), you already know about. Keep up the good work!

| The blue of her dress adds some nice POP to the otherwise natural greens and browns. The lighting is pretty. I might crop out part of the area to the right and it would still have the same impact. Good one. 8 |

| This is a very well taken and sweet shot of your little girl. But it won't get as high a mark as it would have if it were a branch she were climbing on rather than a tree trunk. |

| Surprisingly interesting and appealing shot. I'm not always crazy about children shots (as I think most of them are appreciated much more by the family than by a photographers group), but this one stands out. Very nice composition and the tones and focus are great. Good job! |
