Thanks for posting about your lighting... would've never thought of something like that. Cool idea and a very hot shot!

The ring light is something I constructed from materials from Home Depot. It is basically a 2 foot diameter circlular piece of wood with a hole cut in the middle of it. I painted it black and attached 12x 100 watt light bulbs in a circle on the wood and wired them all together. I prop it up and shoot through the middle of it. It gets very warm and very bright for the model, so I try to snap them off as quickly as possible. The whole thing cost under $20.

This is realy cool.
Please explain the ring lighting you used there. I tried something like that once & found the ring had to be realy big, my try the lights were too close together.
