Greetings form the Critique Club :)

This is really interesting. I really like the way that the reflected room is distorted. It was important in this photo to try to keep both the bulb and the room in focus, and the f8 aperture that you used seems to have been the correct approach.

The black background was also very smart, as it caused the reflection in the bulb to be a defined as possible.

Now for my only complaint: The room that is reflected. While it works, this shot would have been much stronger reflecting a different room, such as a lighter room to better contrast the black background, or a long hallway to really accentuate the distortion.

I see the photographer's head in the photo as well. You could have tried setting the camera on a tripod, and setting the timer, and then get out of the frame before the shot is taken. The tripod and camera would probably be obscured by the insides of the bulb enough to be harder to notice.

Overall, a very neat idea with relatively good execution. nice job.

Interesting shot. I'm not a techinical person by any means, but I keep wishing I could see the top of the bulb as well.

Very cool concept here. It would be greatly aided by having a more controled background for the reflection. I'd strongly consider revisiting this shot and working with different types of backgrounds. Really cool idea.

Very interesting.

Interesing idea. Could you get the reflection more to an angle where the camera is not involved?

It looks REALLY fuzzy, less fuz, more bubble. =)

I think this would have worked better in a studio setting or something to remove the rest of the reflection. Also cleaning the bulb a bit more... :) but nice job otherwise. :)
