Oops, I think I'd call this shot by Jean Garret similar enough (and infinitely more well done!) to say that my shot isn't as totally unique as I first thought. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

| Now that's a nasty, smack-up-the-side-of-the-head image! Far too much Neat Image on the nostrils and the negative space is way oversharpened. On the other hand, the horizon's crooked and your frame is not visible at all. Overall, a terrific image. Bravo! 9. |

| For me this made me think of the box we get put in on DPC sometimes, where more artistic photos sometimes score lower than I'd expect because people don't always "get" them...so we're forced into a box if we want to compete. |
