Not your slick professional model. Not your over noise-reduced image. But a superb photo which conveys a sense of personality, intelligence, a keen sense of debate, and an unwillingness to compromise on principles. Among my top picks this challenge. Hope it ribbons. |

I like the feel of the painter Vermeer that this one has with the side lighting. Job well done. |

I like this dramatic lighting. I think there is too much darkness at the top, possibly needed some cropping. Love the way you caught the light in your subjects eye. Well done. |

Hard to avoid, but I find the shadow distracting. Still, a good shot. |

Abit dark, but again it might wel be my monitor. I feel the shadow from the hat should have just been a half a cm higher above the left eye. Me and my growing pickiness. 6 |

There is a greenish cast to her skin that is bothersome and since this is advanced editing, it would have been nice if you would have evened the skin tones out. I like the portrait a lot otherwise. |

If this were sharper I would give it a ten. I love the look, the lighting, and the skin tones. Good luck in the challenge....and tell your model she looks very regal to me :-) |
