It's a nicely captured expression and a relaxed pose but the blinds in the background somehow add to the blue tinge to the photo. Details like the hair scrungy thingy also distract form her great smile and eyes! |

I would have lifted up the blinds in the background to give it a backlit effect ...providing that there was available light. If this was taken in the evening then I would have waited to take this during daylight hours. I also might have used a reflector to pop some light onto her face. I don't care for the hair accessory on her wrist.
Smile is nice. Pose is good. |

It's good when you can get someone to look directly into the camera, I struggle to get people to do this. |

nothing is too special about this picture, it looks like someone just took a picture of their favorite teacher |

Nice photo, it would help to take the time to set up a different backgroud. |

I like what you are trying to do in this shot. There is a color cast first all, and the hair light on the left looks to be a little to close to the model. This shot lacks in sharpness and the pose is less than flattering for the model. I really do like what you are trying to do, mabey move her outside and use natural light next time though. |

Not real sure about the lighting on this image. The glare in the background is what I am talking about. |

She's cute. I would have used a plain color background. |

What a fun shot! The blinds are a bit distracting though, maybe crop tighter. Nice Job. |

I like the fact that this portrait seems like a "real" person as opposed to some photo-edited model. Good job. |
